On Wednesday, Israel’s Knesset will vote on MK Simcha Rothman’s bill that would deny public defender access to captured HAMAS perpetrators of the Oct. 7th attack.

Earlier, we reported the first reading of a bill to limit access. Israel’s Public Defender and Attorney General’s Offices oppose the bill.

Rothman is the Chair of Knesset’s Constutution, Law, Justice Cimmittee.

TribunalForum, as the paper of record for war crimes tribunals of those participating in the October 7 attacks and those thereafter against Israel, covers procedural and substantive matters related to any such tribunal.

TribunalForum’s Publisher Judiciocracy LLC, led by CEO Edward “Coach” Weinhaus, Esq., called for defense attorneys for the accused as early as October 24.

The law only seeks to block public resources to be used to defend the Oct. 7 attackers.
