The Times of Israel reported that Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir announced on social media platform X that he will introduce a bill mandating the death penalty for terrorists.

Gvir stated that he will present the bill, which has been prepared by his Otzma Yehudit party, to the Knesset National Security Committee on Monday and expressed his expectation that all members of Knesset will support the bill.
